Terms & Conditions
Cash & Cheque payments must be made on delivery of order (cheques payable to Steamers)
- In the unlikely event that any item of clothing is damaged by Steamers, we will reimburse the customer up to a value of £50 per item (current high street prices will determine the amount paid to the customer).

Special offers are given at the discretion of Steamers and can be withdrawn.
Shirts, Skirts, trousers, dresses plus and other item we feel suitable will be returned on hangers and in a protective poly wrapper.
There is no charge for this but will accept return of hangers & poly wrappers for recycling. Child sized hangers must be returned on collection of next order and remain the property of Steamers.
The minimum order value is £15.00 (£10.00 for Hook Norton customers) However this can be made up with other orders if the collection & delivery address is the same.
If Steamers make the journey to collect or deliver your order and there is no-one in, we will charge you £2.50 to cover our fuel costs.
If we can not make a delivery/collection time we will call you as soon as we possibly can.
All orders will be collected & returned in suitable laundry bags; these remain the property of Steamers.
